You are in fact the 'Importer of record' when you order products from bompa (pixiesmerch.com) and therefore these charges MUST be paid, by you, upon receipt of the invoice by the shipping agent. In some cases, the invoice may arrive 6-8 weeks after your order arrives. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. The customs processing time frame is not included in the shipping timeline estimate.
If the due charges are not paid, the merchandise will be returned back to bompa (pixiesmerch.com) and you will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
