RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:
• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product has not been used, damaged, and in its original condition.
• You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Bompa Support.
• Is not a non-returnable item.
• If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
• At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
• Original shipping and or duties charges will not be added to the return.
• The cost of freight for a returned item will be paid for by the customer.
• We suggest using a traceable method to send your return back to us.
• Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

MEDIA – DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS
• We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
• We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
• Recorded Media including but not limited to CD’S, DVDs, Vinyl, Cassettes is non-refundable.
