Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. Most items leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time
- Warehouse Handling Time is the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse (typically 2–3 business days).
- Shipping Time is the transit time after your order leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, import processing fees, value-added tax (VAT), carrier handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. You are the Importer of Record and are responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of the destination country, including payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
Effective July 2026: The European Union removed its low-value import exemption. As a result, orders shipped to EU destinations may be subject to customs duties, import processing fees, and carrier handling charges regardless of order value. Your carrier or local customs authority may contact you to collect any applicable import charges before or upon delivery; in some cases, invoices or customs bills may be issued several weeks after delivery.
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control. Any customs delays are not included in the estimated transit times shown at checkout.
If an order is refused because customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid, any return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund. If the charges due are not paid, the merchandise will be returned to Pixies Official Store (pixiesmerch.com), and shipping charges will not be refunded.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, contact us at support@tsurt.com and we will help you open a claim with the carrier where available.
